Common Shipping Questions:

Where do you ship from? We ship all USA orders from Irvine, California.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is $4.99 for all USA orders. We ship with USPS First-Class Mail with tracking available. (Shipping: 3-5 business days)

How long will it take to receive my order? Processing Time: Once you place your order, there will be a 10-20 business day processing period before shipment depending on the specific product type. We appreciate your patience with our small business. Shipping Time: After processing, your item/s will be packaged and shipped the same or next day! (Shipping: 3-5 business days USPS First-Class Mail with tracking available)

Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we offer Worldwide Shipping at checkout!

Will you email me when my order is shipped out? Yes! You will get a confirmation email after placing your order, and another when your order is dispatched.

Please track your packages. Momo & Sasa is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once delivered.

We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS.

If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly: USPS: 1-800-ASK-USPS

If USPS Tracking confirms that the package was "Delivered", no refunds or replacements will be granted.

Incorrect Address and Returned Orders: If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost, which will be deducted from your order. No exceptions!

What happens if I type in the wrong address? If you enter a wrong address, please email us at support@momoandsasa.com. If your item has not been shipped yet, we will change it to the correct address. If your item has already been shipped, you will be responsible for a 100% restocking fee. It is not our responsibility to resend the item with your new address, so please ensure you enter the correct address when placing your order.

Where can I track my order? USA orders can be tracked at USPS.com and international orders at 17track.net.

International Shipping: Shipping times vary based on country location. Enter shipping details at checkout to see options.

How long for delivery to my country? (International) International shipping takes 10-45 days depending on your country. We ship most international orders via Epacket mail.

Tracking Your Order (International Orders) We use Epacket and USPS First-Class Mail International service for most orders. Tracking information will be provided to your email/phone on file.

International Customs Taxes & Duties? Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Momo & Sasa cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely; contact your local customs office for more information.

Refusal of Shipments: If you refuse a shipment from Momo & Sasa, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
